The primary services I can provide are Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I can offer guidance in relation to applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Receiver, where an individual lacks mental capacity to manage their affairs, but did not have a Lasting Power of Attorney in place, and also in relation to obtaining Grant of Probate (where there is a Will) or Letters of Administration (where there is no Will).
I will always visit clients at their home and there is no additional charge for this.
Unlike a law firm, I have very few overheads. This allows me to set my charges at a reasonable level.
What I Can Offer
I will come to see you at your home, as long as it is no more than 20 miles from where I am based (Hemingfield, South Yorkshire) at no charge. If the distance is greater, I am flexible, so happy to discuss things. Any additional charge would only be in relation to fuel, not my time.
I will provide you with terms and conditions of business and need these to be signed before I can start working on your matter.
